Kingfisher Lake now holds a staggering 6x 40lb+ Carp as well as a large number of 30lb+ and high 20lb+ Carp. These fish although in a relatively small water are not easy to catch. However members have managed to land an incredible 32x 40lb+ carp since the start of the year.
Lee Fisher has continued his amazing run of catches, landing a mirror at 42lb, a common of 42lb 8oz, a red and black koi at 23lb 4oz and 6 tench from 7lb 12oz to 9lb including an 8lb 2oz male fish. Bob Hopper banked a personal best 43lb 4 oz common on Mainline baits. Wesley Hopper had a good day catching red card at 25lb 10oz, a mirror 41lb 2oz and a 4 tench 7lb, 9lb and 10lb 8oz and a grass carp of 18lb. Andy Swain caught 8 tench and a 42lb 8oz common on pineapple boilies, and Dave Cromwell fishing with the same bait had a common of 42lb 8oz a mirror of 37lb 6 oz and 6 tench from 7lb 4oz to 10lb 2oz. A tench of 10lb 10 oz was caught by Darren Ashley of Maidstone on Mainline Baits.

Mallard Lake is the largest Lake and holds phenomenal numbers of quality Carp and Cats, with two islands dividing the lake into two areas you will have plenty of choice and loads to go for. Don't forget to be on your guard though as those Cats can come out of the blue and pull your arm off.
Mallards best resent catch was made by Kev Whitcombe and in his own words, "Not a sign for 2 days and then all hell broke loose". Fishing with a variety of baitsw from Nuggets to Livebaits Kev caught 16 cats including specimens of 56lb 4oz, 47lb 2oz, 41lb, 38lb 11oz, 38lb 8oz, 37lb 10oz right down to a 3lb plus 2 carp with the biggest 18lb 8oz. Tom Davis fished with worms, squid and maggots and caught 6 cats including one of 51lb 12oz on a worm and one of 51lb 4oz on maggots. Bill Brown caught a cat of 43lb 3oz, Ray Smith landed 6 cats to 41lb 1oz, T Lawrence caught more carp than cats including a 39lb 1 oz common.

Heron Lake is fast becoming a specimen water to match the other two lakes with many fish now exceeding the 20lb mark including a beautiful orange and black Koi of around 24lb. The lake was designed as more of a pleasure anglers heaven, and it still is but with the added bonus of some thing special now and again.
Producing plenty of 20lb carp and loads of high doubles at the moment. Stu Nesbitt caught the biggest cat scaling 47lb 15oz.
