Smashing it on Mallard May 23 with a new PB 34lb 7oz.
Awesome session for Mark Mercer smashing his PB twice on Mallard Lake peg 16 telling us “Well just got home from my bank holiday trip on Mallard, well still speechless. First night started well into cats straight away and a lovely koi that was a target fish. That made me happy and didn’t care what happened after that. But little did I know what the next day would bring and it started with a 25lb 7oz mirror and then beat my PB with a 34lb 7oz common and the within a hour beat it again with a 36lb common! A great session and it didn’t stop there my brother Dan turned up and hand 3 carp to 27lb 6oz. I think what a place and thanks to Paula and team giving us all a lovely place to fish. Can’t wait to be back in a few weeks thanks Wintons”
