Pete Cargill and Jake Crosby August 23
Pete Cargill down from Lancashire to the South Coast told us “Just got home from a 7 night session on Mallard lake with Jay Crosby. We ended up with 22 cats to 64lb and a 22lb 8oz carp, which was my new PB. Jay did his PB with his first cat which was 60lb. I fished in peg 12 and finished with 16 cats, 3 of them were 60s , and the carp. All our cats were caught on Target Catfish mackerel pellets, red pellet plus and terminal tackle. Thanks again to all the staff at Wintons for making us northerners feel so welcome. See you all next year
